Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Keep your account secure and use accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Subscriptions and credits
The service has paid monthly subscription plans and no free tier. Prices, credits and billing intervals are shown on the pricing page and in Stripe Checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Credits are recorded in the existing subscription and credit backend. Failed generations and refund eligibility are described in the refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Uploaded media
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every uploaded image, that people appearing in the media are adults who consented, and that the media does not violate the acceptable-use policy.
AI output and availability
AI systems can produce unexpected or imperfect results. The current public build uses a simulated generation queue, and no guarantee is made that every requested concept can be rendered. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Questions can be sent to support@unforgettablecarai.lol.
