Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. Cancel through the billing page or Stripe customer portal before the next renewal. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals; access may continue through the paid period.
Failed generations
If a production generation fails after deducting credits, the intended behavior is to return those credits automatically. The current demo queue does not deduct credits.
Refund requests
Contact support@unforgettablecarai.lol with the account email, order date and a short description. Refund decisions consider usage, technical failure, the applicable refund window and mandatory consumer rights.
